In the Baby/Kids Body-Mind Dancing Courses (Ba/KiBoMiDa), there is a dance between mother, father and/or caregiver(s) and the baby, a non-verbal reciprocity conceived through movement. In these courses, the parents and/or caregiver(s) experience the baby's movements and can experience how babies react to the world around them. During this experience, they become aware of the different stimuli provided to the little ones, through people, the ambient space that surrounds them, touch and sensations. Sharing a pre-verbal world, through breathing, rolling, crawling and crawling, learning to be here and now. We will understand how this new world for babies is both exciting and exhausting, because exploring the world is indeed hard and tiring work. Babies move as a whole, united in their body-mind and set out to discover those close to them, as well as the surrounding space. Developing sensory and motor skills through movement and experience, as movement plays a role in increasing awareness, self, attention, memory, perception, orientation, affect, and social and cognitive skills . Baby crawling, for example, activates the thalamic area of the brain, the so-called "Gateway to Consciousness". An important role of the thalamus is to support motor and speech systems. That's why it's essential to let babies experience the floor, as well as toys and objects that stimulate the development of the baby's sensory and motor skills. Whenever possible, avoid the use of prams and observe when the baby begins to feel uncomfortable being in the same position that does not allow movement and physical and emotional expression.

But the main objective is to have fun, let's dance, lying down, standing or sitting, always in physical contact with our babies - in different rhythms from pop to classical - if you want, bring your favorite music.

Come and participate in this dancing experience for the whole family.
