Payment and Fees:

• Online via Cards/PayPal | Offline via bank transfer (data sent in the confirmation email);
• VAT tax exemption
• No additional delivery cost

Deadlines (registered shipment by Correios - we will send you the code to track the order)

• Mainland Portugal and Islands: 3 to 5 business days
• Europe (except Portugal): up to 10 working days
• Other countries: up to 20 working days
• Box-Book Kit + Webseries: access will be granted within 24 hours after payment, and a notification will be sent by email.

Exchange and Return:

• Up to 15 days after receipt. Full refund upon shipment back to the sender of the order in the same condition;
• In the case of the Kit + Webseries: after assigning the subscription to the webseries, it will not be possible to refund it, so the amount refunded will be partial (referring to the amount of the book alone).
