A meditative practice, under the outline of affection and respect for singularities, carried out from a pause that invites immersion.
Aimed at pairs, trios, small groups or as an individualized experience. Guided classes in Portuguese.

Dea Paulino is a practitioner and researcher of the Discipline of Authentic Movement, dancer, physical educator and researcher of somatic practices. He is a poet, artist of movement and words, yogini and practitioner of Vipassana meditation according to S.N. Goenka.
