Fasciatherapy and Sensitive Movement

Regular Classes | Dora Vicente

2 hr 30 min
15 euros
AND Lab Space (metro 5 min.)

About

In these classes, we will awaken the body, become aware of it, connect forgotten parts, and give movement to what is still. We will learn to listen to our internal movement, work on being present in the moment and integrate body, mind, spirit and emotions, awakening each person's life potential, achieving a being that expresses itself in its entirety. This work is based on Perceptive Psychopedagogy of Movement - Danis Bois Method, which includes manual therapy, meditation, slow movement schemes based on the biomechanics of the body and free expression movements, alone or in contact with other people. Internal movement occurs in the fascia, it is a force of self-regulation of the human being, reacting to physical, psychological and emotional traumas with tensions/blockages. It is also a way of accessing the sensitive, allowing, through the practice of listening, the individual to develop new relationships with themselves, with others and with the world. __________ Biweekly on Fridays, from 7:30pm to 10pm Single class €15 with Dora Vicente | @dorahvicente (+ in the gallery below)
