In these classes, we will awaken the body, become aware of it, connect forgotten parts, and give movement to what is still. We will learn to listen to our internal movement, work on being present in the moment and integrate body, mind, spirit and emotions, awakening each person's life potential, achieving a being that expresses itself in its entirety. This work is based on Perceptive Psychopedagogy of Movement - Danis Bois Method, which includes manual therapy, meditation, slow movement schemes based on the biomechanics of the body and free expression movements, alone or in contact with other people. Internal movement occurs in the fascia, it is a force of self-regulation of the human being, reacting to physical, psychological and emotional traumas with tensions/blockages. It is also a way of accessing the sensitive, allowing, through the practice of listening, the individual to develop new relationships with themselves, with others and with the world. __________ Biweekly on Fridays, from 7:30pm to 10pm Single class €15 With Dora Vicente Therapist and trainer of Fasciatherapy/Perceptual Psychopedagogy (MDB) and works in the Visual Arts and Dance/Theatre, as a teacher, creator and performer. She has been developing pedagogical and creative work with different age groups, including people with special needs, both in the school context, in museums or in artistic and social intervention projects. She studied ballet at the Royal Academy of Dance at Escola Norma Croner, continuing her training at c.e.m and Fórum Dança, where she completed the Community Dance course. He completed a degree in Painting at FBAUL, a postgraduate degree in Perceptual Psychopedagogy - Danis Bois Method and the Intensive Touching Life Within course with Danis Bois, in New York in 2006. The training in Real Time Composition with Cláudia Dias resulted in the piece Vende-se sunny country with sea views. In the Netherlands she attended classes at Random Collision and the Henny Jurriens Foundation, worked at Studio Anna Mora, danced with Kenzo Kusuda and created a piece with Jaap Kamstra. As a dancer she participated in several projects, highlighting: Trasgo e o Realismo Mágico Celebratório by Conceição Nunes, Nijinsky ou o Sentimento by Poesis Dance, Segundo Raio de Luz de Luar by Eclipse Arte, Sephira by Imprevisto Colectivo and several creations by the Coribantes group. In 2016/17 she created and developed TransHumâncias BIP / ZIP, an arts project with the Marvila community. In 2021, she led movement and perception workshops for different age groups and training actions for teachers and technicians on inclusion, as part of the Coalescer de Ana Mira project, promoted by Porta33 in Porto Santo.
