A constant dialogue between feet and floor from the articulation of the pelvis and torso in undulations extending towards the kinesphere. An introspection into each person's pleasant memories to tune conscious breathing to Chi (vital energy) and its flow in the organs. We will be accompanied by silence, as well as voices and drumming from the Greater Antilles of the Caribbean—Puerto Rico, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, and Jamaica. The Public Practice is for everyone aged 16 and over. __________ Weekly, on Thursdays, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM To schedule a single session, choose the day/time and select the "Aula avulsa" (Single Class) option. PLEASE NOTE: - We will be on time; - Free transit: you choose the days you want to participate over the course of three months, from February to April; - We will practice a free donation approach; you contribute what you want, when you want. __________ With Myrna Renaud | Transdisciplinary artist Myrna Renaud works 50 years in postmodern, experimental, and Afri-Caribbean dance; site-specific creation, performance/installation, post-dramatic theatre, screendance, graphology, expressive therapies, creative writing, vocal-sound composition, and embodied community outreach. She researches and produces her work in Puerto Rico, Catalonia, Portugal, and the USA. Her project company, En Situ Danza, endorses and supports international collaboration. Cancellations with full refund are accepted: > For regular classes: up to 48 hours before the confirmed date of the first booking; > For workshops: up to 15 days before the confirmed date of the first booking; With less notice than that stated above: > For regular classes: there is no right to refund the amount paid; > For workshops: it is possible to refund between 50% and 25% of the amount paid, depending on the date of the notice.
